2. Auction Mechanics

All bids placed on our platform are binding. As a bidder, you commit to purchasing the vehicle if you are the highest bidder and the reserve price is met. Withdrawals of bids are not permitted unless expressly approved by DREAM RIDES CO ZA (PTY) LTD under exceptional circumstances.

3. Deposits and Refunds

A refundable deposit may be required to participate in certain auctions. Deposits for unsuccessful bids will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

4. User Verification

In compliance with South African law, all users must undergo verification. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and acknowledge that misrepresentation may result in account termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

DREAM RIDES CO ZA (PTY) LTD operates as an auction platform and is not the seller of the underlying assets. We do not warranty the condition of the vehicles beyond what is provided in the auction listing.
